With the last empty lot in the District being built on in the fall of 2024. Southwood Park Water District at it's limit of (300) service lines. We have 299 meters and 1 separate ADU. Because of our permit for water with the state of Oregon we can not provide any more service lines or meters.

Our district publishes some public notices in the local paper and here on the site. Most general announcements may be posted on the website and our community bulletin board, as appropriate.
